Product Sales & Marketing Manager

What are we looking for in our Product Sales & Marketing Manager?

Sales & Marketing Manager will play a significant role in achieving the Sales target, and revenue generation from the accounts and maintain a healthy relationship with the sales accounts within Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities -
  1. Business Development and Key Account Management
  2. Occasional field work along with managing a team of upto 5 interns
  3. Advocating the product offerings by Logic Square to target audience, through presentations, meetings, calls, referrals and/ or other branding activities
  4. Client relationship management
  5. Develop market penetration and go to market strategies
  6. Generating Sales leads via cold calls, tele calling and partners
  7. Product demonstration based on the customer segments
Basic Requirements -
  1. 2 to 5 years of experience in HMS / ERP / Software Sales
  2. Sales, Business Development and Account Management experience in SaaS based products and services
  3. Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  4. Excellent presentation and people management skills
  5. Knowledge of the tech services industry, digital trends & emerging technologies
  6. Competitor analysis and awareness of competitor progress in-terms of product features and customer acquisition Market requirement awareness
Preferred Qualifications -
  1. Have the ability to identify leads, drive engagements and increase revenue in account
  2. Ability to analyse the pain areas of the customer in terms of their operations and relate it with software features and explain the benefits
  3. Ability to drive team to work collaboratively and achieve targets
  4. Capability to analyse the product fit against the customer requirements
  5. Have a Consultative Sales Approach, with a Flair of Learning
