Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities -
  • Must have knowledge in Application Development Service Industry
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Good to have Knowledge on Bidding portals like Upwork and generating new business from online bidding portals.
  • Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling the Initial sales process.
  • Should have basic knowledge of Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow-ups, Requirement Gathering.
  • Analysis of business requirements.
  • Must be confident and should have a pleasing personality.
  • Selling software products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Provide the best client support, visit them if required, build relations and retain them
  • Make the required number of calls.
Key Skills -
  • Business Development (Especially Online), Online Bidding, Software Sales.
  • Excellent English in reading, Writing and Verbal are important.
  • Candidate should have Techno-Functional knowledge of Shopify/Wordpress/ Magento/PHP will be a huge advantage.
  • Should have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Poser Point, etc.
Minimum Qualification -
  • Experience: 0-1 Year
  • Minimum Graduate/Engineering (Preferably- BCA, B-Tech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication, BSC in Computer
  • Well versed in English.
  • Should have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Poser Point, etc.
Designation -
  • Preferably Business Associate/Executive, Junior Business Analyst.
